Wallpaper is Expensive in Australia / I Love Wallpaper

A direct comparison of brands will reveal we pay too much for wallpaper here in Australia. And postage for heavy wallpaper rolls makes international shopping less attractive. That said; Wallpaper gives an injection of colour and style that is hard to match.

The number of wallpaper brands available to purchase in Australia is slowly growing. Graham & Brown is a mid priced brand with a good reputation with a varied range of designers.

Price points in their range are $AUD149.00 & $AUD99.00 per 10 metre roll. Currently the Australian Graham & Brown website has a select few designs on clearance for $AUD59.00 per 10 metre roll.

Wallpaper one feature wall to draw attention to a particular outlook of your room. Wallpaper the back wall of an alcove to create a backdrop for a study desk nook. Wallpaper the wall behind your bed. Wallpaper the first wall you see when walking through the front door. Maximum impact and minimal cost.

Use the handy Wallpaper Calculator to determine how many rolls you will need. I was pleasantly surprised at how few rolls I would need to complete my project.

A few of the designs that caught my eye. I love the Super Fresco Textures: Solitude range shown below. $AUD 99.00 per 10 metre roll.

Julien Macdonald's Exoctic range for Graham & Brown $AUD149.95 per 10 metre roll
